This has got to be my all time favorite Fall recipe. Nothing says Fall better than pumpkin! Pumpkin pie, pumpkin latte, pumpkin cake, and my all time favorite PUMPKIN BREAD! This recipe is an easy no fail recipe and it is delicious. You can enjoy it anytime of the day, it makes a great breakfast just warm it up slightly and spread some butter on it YUMM, or make a simple glaze and have it for dessert. 3 cups flour
3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup cooking oil
3 eggs
2 cups cooked pumpkin
Optional
½ Cup walnuts
½ Cup golden raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Grease and flour bread pans or Line the pans with wax paper.

Mix together dry ingredients in large bowl. Form a well. Add oil, eggs, and pumpkin. Mix until smooth. (Nuts and raisins can be added) fill loaf pans 2/3 of the way full. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 45 minutes for small loaves and 1 hour 10 minutes for larger loaves or until toothpick is inserted and comes out clean. Makes 2 large loaves or 3 small loaves.
